Berry Pickers is crafted with such botanicals as cardamom and juniper, and with lemon and lime, then infused with the essence of fresh strawberries from Huelva in Andalusia, in the southwest of Spain. The grain-based spirit benefits from five full days of maceration in a traditional distillery, and has no added sugar, just the natural sweetness of the strawberry fruits. The stills used have never worked their magic on anything other than gin, thus preserving its special character.
