Blanco Nieva Pie Franco is an exceptional Spanish white wine from the Rueda appellation, made from 100% Verdejo grapes grown on pre-phylloxera (ungrafted) vines over 80 years old.

VINIFICATION

100% Verdejo grapes grown on pre-phylloxera (ungrafted) vines over 80 years old, planted in poor, sandy, pebble-covered soils in Nieva. Grapes are manually harvested and selected, then fermented at low temperatures and aged on fine lees. 3 Months mixing in stainless steel.
