Ginabelle

Ginabelle is the only gin that is made using distillates of Mirabelle plums and Albariño grapes. Finally, the botanical touch comes from juniper, lemon peel, liquorice, coriander and tojo flower. It is a family owned distillery in Galicia. Each botanical is is distilled seperately in order to achieve an exact balance of flavours. This means the Gin goes through nine seperate distillations! Botanicals used to create the spirit include gorse flowers from local mountains, mirabelle plums and albariño grapes.
