Juvé y Camps is a winery & family business located in San Sadurnà d’Anoia, a small town in the northeast of the Penedès region near Barcelona. Founded in 1921 by Joan Juvé Baqués and his wife Teresa Camps Farré, the winery’s three-generation history has resulted in an international reputation for producing top-quality Cava. The story of Juvé y Camps began more than 200 years ago, when Joan Juvé Mir, a courageous and enterprising winegrower with ideas far ahead of his time, started working. This was how the foundation was laid for the family business.
VINIFICATION
Xarel·lo and Macabeo and Parellada grapes from our Espiells, Can Massana and La Cuscona estates are the soloists that make up this melody for three voices, with its pleasant intensity and elegance, creamy and full of fruit thanks to the wine having aged for over 36 months. This is a wine that has been a part of the lives of so many people, who have chosen it and continue to do so when they wish to share a bottle with those they love the most.
TASTING NOTE
Color: It is an attractive, bright, pale gold cava. Its tiny, abundant bubbles rise up forming a large number of streams and a stable crown. Aroma: Deep, intense and elegant, initially it evokes notes of ripe white fruit. Its complexity gradually increases and the aromas typical of long ageing then appear. Hints of toast and a certain citrus background complete its distinguished aroma. Taste: Its creamy mousse is perfectly integrated on the palate, making its texture in the mouth simultaneously fresh, rounded and evocative. All the aromas found in the glass are displayed in its long finish.

Perfect with fish and seafood dishes in general, light meat dishes, especially interesting with pureed cod, chicken stuffed mushrooms, shrimp pies, or desserts of puff pastry with fruit and cream.
