Lagar de Brais

A bouquet of flowers, all trendy grape varieties for a white wine cuvée from Ribeiro DO. The bouquet initially smells earthy, but a closer look reveals savory aromas from the kitchen: lovage, white pepper, and smoky grilled notes. Alongside them are lemon, pineapple, and quince. The yellow fruit freshness continues on the tongue, with a distinct hint of woodruff. Mineral and fresh, the body light and dry. The acidity is just above medium. An interesting wine for those who expect more from a wine than pleasant fruit notes.

It is known for its good balance, delicious taste and long finish, ideally served in combination with white fish and seafood salads.
