Telmo RodrÃguez and Pablo Eguzkiza have been traveling around Spain for over 30 years, out of love for the land, for wine, always in search of the best historic sites. In 1994 they acquired the first plot, which was initially followed by new ones almost every year. 355 individual vineyards to date, 80 hectares, often organic, always meticulously managed. Wines are only abundant when the vineyards have regained their former size. In 1997, the steep slopes in Málaga were acquired, from where in the past came some of the best and most sought-after wines, on a par with Sauternes and Riesling and on the tables in the royal houses.
