It’s a deep and direct white where the Godello grape shows off its most authentic expression. We select the grapes from our best vineyards, located at over 500 meters above sea level.
VINIFICATION
The result of manual selection of grapes from different plots and soil types: slate in the higher parts, granite and “xábregos” (sandy) in the mid-slopes, and alluvial soils in the valley. Different orientations and altitudes are characteristic of the terrain in this area. Cold maceration for 12 to 48 hours, followed by pressing and natural static settling. Fermentation with spontaneous yeasts at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, vats, and French oak barrels. Aged on its fine lees using the batonnage method for 8 months.
