VINIFICATION
Following a temperature-controlled fermentation, the must macerates on the skins before being separated from the grape solids once colour extraction has reached optimal levels.
TASTING NOTE
Delightful black and red berry fruit with delicate spice, herbs and vanilla notes. On the palette the wine is fresh and bright, yet balanced, with firm acdidty and ripe tannins.
