Real Conservera Española – Galician Natural Sea Scallops 140 gr.

Zamburiñas are a kind of small scallop from the Galician Rias and are a high quality gourmet product. Real Conservera’s scallops are mainly from the Arousa estuary. The natural covering liquid for scallops is a stock made according to a traditional recipe, with natural ingredients and no additives. The preparation of the canned scallops is very methodical. First of all, they are purified naturally in sea water. After careful selection and manual cleaning, the best specimens are chosen and packed by size. Next, the natural topping is added and packed. Its ingredients are Zamburinhas, onion, bay leaf, lemon, water and salt and are hand-packed in their natural broth. Fresh flavour just picked it from the sea. Allergens: Contains molluscs (scallops) To enjoy them, we recommend serving them chilled, at around 10-12º. Ideally, place the can on ice or in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes before opening for consumption.
