Trevejos Listán Blanco is a dry white wine from the Canary Islands, made from the native Listán Blanco (Palomino) grape variety, which plays an important role in the Canary Islands. The grapes come from high altitudes, resulting in wines with strong character and mineral expression.
VINIFICATION
We extract the varietal characteristics through light pressing to extract the free-run must, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and subsequent aging for six months on fine lees in third-year French oak barrels. Once aging is complete, the wine is bottled, and the wine undergoes another twelve months of bottle aging before being released.
