Our most ambitious project yet. Organic Premium Gin. Macerated with Valencian clementines and distilled in our traditional copper stills. Valencia clementines are organically produced and not treated with any chemical synthesis product, they ripen in the sun naturally and are harvested at their optimum point of maturity. To complete the organoleptic profile of ClemenGin, we incorporate different botanical species into the maceration, among which juniper and coriander stand out. We redistill to obtain a soft and light gin in the purest London Dry Gin style, but with the Mediterranean personality that gives it, both on the nose and on the palate, its citrus freshness. Soft and light organic gin. On the nose, there is a citrus freshness that gives it a great Mediterranean personality. In the mouth there is a subtle acidity typical of the clementines from which it comes.
